About us: Greenox in Mallorca, building and energy with one person in charge
About us in brief: Greenox Mallorca is a full renovation and energy efficiency company with an office on Carrer dels Botons in Palma. It is part of the Greenox Group, based in Stuttgart (Germany). We carry out the whole job, from the licence to handing over the keys, and in the same project we improve your home's energy performance with heat pumps, solar panels and insulation.

Licence and grants
We prepare and submit the permits and the applications for the grants you are entitled to.
Building work with weekly updates
Your site manager coordinates the whole team and sends you photos and a summary every week.
Handover and guarantee
We go through every detail with you and hand over the energy certificate and a 5-year written guarantee.

Fixed price, item by item
The brand and model of every material and a list of what is not included. The price only changes if you ask for changes.

Before work starts you get a week-by-week schedule, with the handover date signed.
You pay as the work progresses
Nothing before you sign and 10% at most when work starts. The rest by finished stages, checked with you.
5-year guarantee
A written guarantee and the same contact if something goes wrong after handover.
Energy measured, not promised
Energy certificate before and after the work: the improvement is proven in writing.
